Shipping & Returns
Everything made to order, shipped with tracking, and backed by a 30-day return window.
How Orders Are Made
Every item in the RVingLife shop is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your shirt, mug, or blanket is produced once you place the order, which means no dead stock and no landfill overruns. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping Costs and Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart and where it's going. Most items ship for between $4.49 and $10.49 within the United States; heavier goods such as blankets cost a little more. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 4–6 business days after production, so most orders arrive within about 6–11 business days of being placed. Every order ships with tracking, and we email the tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
Full-timers: most customers ship to a campground office, a mail-forwarding service, or general delivery. Any address that can sign for a package works fine.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free — no return shipping, no argument. This is the fastest path to making it right, so please start here rather than filing a return.
Returns and Refunds
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Because everything is printed to order, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, misprinted, or we sent the wrong thing.
To start a return, contact us through the contact page with your order number and we'll send return instructions and the return address. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please double-check sizing before ordering — each product page lists the garment's size details, and made-to-order items can't be restocked and resold.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
