About
The dump station is primarily for those using the 21 site Choctaw Lake Campground. However, it is located outside of the fee collection area, behind the US Fee Area sign. It is recommended that the fee is paid. There is rinse water available, but it is not suitable for drinking. The dump station is located about 3 miles South of Ackerman, off of State Highway 15. You can follow National Forest Road 967, which is clearly marked by a national forest sign. The dump station is about 1 mile down the recreation area road on the Left. You will need to make a u-turn to enter properly.
