The RV dump station is located at the back of the gas station. There is rinse water available, but it is not safe to drink. Unfortunately, there is no hose available at this location. The dump station is south of downtown Eureka, California on Highway 101. It is specifically located at the Shell gas station, just past the Bayshore Mall.
