From peaceful beach walks and swimming in our heated pool to participating in community events, our park offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement amidst a picturesque setting. Anna Maria Island is known for its popular restaurants, shops and 7 miles of luxury waterscape while you watch the dolphins & manatees. “Cortez” is one of the oldest working/fishing villages in Florida that offers the freshest seafood year round. Our active adult community (55+) welcomes daily, weekly and monthly occupancy with no pets. Standard & premium full hook up sites available.
