About
I arrived at the RV dump station and noticed that the credit card machine was not working. So, we called the city number that was listed and a worker came out to help. He was able to reset the machine and it started working again. The worker mentioned that if the machine didn't reset (due to a third-party issue), he would have opened it for us manually. I want to express my gratitude to the City of Poncha Springs for their exceptional customer service. At the dump station, there is both potable and non-potable rinse water available. However, there is a requested donation of $5.00, which is in addition to the payment you make at the dump station itself. The RV dump station is located at the intersection of Hwy. 50 and Hwy. 285.
