There is a public dump point located outside of the yard. The lid on the dump point is broken, which could potentially pose a health hazard for users. It seems that users of this dump point have been using the incorrect end to empty their cassette toilets, possibly due to the broken lid. Additionally, there is rinse water available at the dump point, but it is non-potable.
