To obtain the key, you must check in at the office. Due to COVID-19, you need to call and book an appointment at 519-941-0440 x4500. Unfortunately, there is no water available at the RV dump station.

I was in direct contact with the Wastewater Supervisor. I used the facilities on Oct 9, 2026. Coordinates are wrong online, that is for commercial dumping 12" pipe. RV's have their own dump pipe roadside (outside the fence) servicing either side of your rig: 43.91789711476791, -80.08644531189915 Operating hours are Mon-Fri 7am-4pm You must go inside the office and request the key to unlock the dump pipe, and sign your name on the clipboard. No appointment is required. There is no cost, and open to anyone.
