To find out the dates of operation for the Tri-Rivers Natural Resources Office (Ice Harbor Lock and Dam), you can contact them at 509-547-2048. They provide both potable and non-potable (rinse) water. The location of the office is 5 miles Southeast of Pasco on US 12, then 16 miles East on State Hwy. 124, and finally 4 miles North on Fishhook Park Road.
