The asphalt around the drain slopes away, which makes it challenging to empty your tanks properly. You have one minute to open the magnetic cap, but you can take as much time as you need to dump and rinse water. The water is not suitable for drinking. This particular location, Reed Market Road at 15th Street, is situated east of US 97. The water has been locked since April 2020.
