About
Dover Downs is now under new ownership and they do not seem to be RV friendly. There are signs that say no overnight parking. To access the RV dump station, you need to come in through the main entrance for the casino and follow the drive around to your left. The dump station is located between two yellow poles on the edge of the gravel lot. Look for a green pipe and a red water spigot. You can approach the dump station from either direction as long as you do not block the road.
