The sign states that water is not free, but a phone call to the city revealed that it is actually free for RVs. However, the city is trying to discourage locals from taking unlimited gallons of water. The water is available at the intersection of 1st Street and Spruce Street, which is two blocks north of US 160, the main commercial road.
