To find out the dates of operation for the Tri-Rivers Natural Resources Management Office (Ice Harbor Lock and Dam), you can contact them at 509-547-2048. They provide both potable and rinse water (non-potable) at their location. The office is located 5 miles Southeast of Pasco on US 12, then 8 miles Northeast on State Hwy. 124, and finally 2 miles North on Sun Harbor Drive/Harbor Blvd./Charbonneau Drive.
