Each Phase within the Vacation Village offers deeded lots, available for purchase at prices ranging from $50,000 to $63,000, depending on lot size, location, and scenic view. In addition to your RV, you can build a “casita” (small house or shed) on your lot. Please note, all lots are not perfectly rectangular; such as, corner or triangular lots. When there is a difference between sides, measurements listed are for front footage and footage of the shorter side. This means a lot of square footage (which is actual as shown) is not always an exact multiple of the two figures. We periodically have developed lots available for sale. Lot availability is subject to prior and/or pending sale. Prices subject to change.
