The RV dump station is located on the side where the air station and the diesel pumps are. There is rinse water available, but it is not safe for drinking. The dump station is situated on Highway 101, specifically on the northbound side at the Winchester Canyon exit in Goleta, California. This location is north of Santa Barbara.
