You can park your RV in an empty parking spot. The RV dump is connected to a 4-5 inch ABS pipe at ground level. To access rinse water, there is a rectangular plastic covered hose bib/valve/meter located 8 feet away from the dump pipe. The water available is both potable and non-potable. You can find the water across the street from the entrance of a large Toyota dealership.
