The RV dump station is easily accessible and located away from the main gas pumps. The area is fully paved. However, despite their claim, they do not actually have potable water available. If the dump is on the right, you should take the first entrance. If the dump is on the left, take the second entrance and swing around. This may not be ideal for large campers. There is rinse water available, but it is non-potable. The RV dump station is located at the I-25 @ San Mateo Exit. From there, you should head south for two stoplights until you reach Academy Road. Take a left onto Academy Road and continue for approximately half a mile. The RV dump station will be on your right.
