Great Smoky Mountains National Park - Smokemont Campground

There is a non-potable rinse water available at a location 6 miles North of Cherokee and the Oconaluftee Visitor Center on US 441. To reach this location, you need to enter the Smokemont Campground by turning East off of US 441, Newfound Gap Road. The entrance is well marked by signs. After crossing the bridge over the Oconaluftee River, you should turn Right toward the horse stables, not Left into the campground. The RV dump station is located 1/4 mile at the end of the road at a loop.
