To get to the RV dump station from Wheeling, you need to take Route 2 North to Wellsburg. At the 4th red light, which is by Parkvale Bank, turn right onto Washington Pike (Route 27). Continue traveling for approximately 4 1/2 miles, passing the cemetery. The park will be on the right side of the road, across from the school. If you are coming from Weirton or Steubenville, take Route 2 South to Wellsburg. At Krogers, go through 4 red lights (by Parkvale Bank) and then turn left onto Washington Pike (Route 27). Travel for approximately 4 1/2 miles, passing the cemetery. The park will be on the right side, across from the school. If you are coming from Washington, PA via I-79 South, take 70W to the Jefferson Avenue exit. After exiting, bear right and at the second light, turn right onto Jefferson Avenue
