There are buildings on each side of the street. Go to the left building where the entrance is marked "employees only". Then, turn right and dump your waste along the fence. The dump hose is already attached for your convenience. Unfortunately, the rinse water spigot at the dump doesn't work, but an employee informed me that you can use the long hose attached to a spigot next to the building for non-potable rinse water.
