There is potable water and non-potable rinse water available at the RV dump station. The potable water comes from Powers (CO-21) and Dublin. To get there, you need to go west one block and then turn north at the mini golf. Keep going for about 1/4 mile until you reach the end of the road. Once you're there, you can enter through the gate that has an open flag.
