You can find potable water and rinse water at the same spigot. Non-potable rinse water is also available. To get to the RV dump station, follow Route 20 (Oakes Avenue) towards the San Juan Islands Ferry. Then, exit onto Sunset Avenue and continue on Sunset Avenue until you reach the entrance of the park.
