The RV dump station is located at AZ 69 Milepost 293.7 (Wal-Mart). To get there, you need to take Prescott Lakes Parkway Northwest for 2 miles until you reach Sundog Ranch Road. Turn left onto Sundog Ranch Road and go 4/10 mile to find the dump station. It is important to note that the dump station is not inside the main gate, but outside to the left (south) and parallel to Sundog Road. The area is enclosed by a chain link fence and gates that are locked after hours. Commercial sewage haulers also use this dump station, and they dump in a raised concrete walled area. The ground level dump hole is located just to the right of that area. The site is designed for small and mid-size RVs, as big rig type RVs may have limited gate clearance and turn radius.
