The sign at the RV dump station states that only registered campers are allowed to use the dump sites. There is no mention of any fees for using the dump sites. There are two sites available, each with two stations for dumping waste. The dump sites are located near the front gate and are open and unattended at night. Water is also available at the dump station. To get to the RV dump station, you need to go South on I-805 and then East on Bonita Road. From there, you should take San Miguel Road to Summit Meadow Road.
