Potable and non-potable rinse water are available at the RV dump station located at I-25 Exit 278 (Cerrillos Road, NM 14 North). There is no signage for this park, but you can find the entrance by following Cerrillos Road. Look for a yellow sign for Manny's Auto Sales on the right, and after that, you will see a sign for The Lofts - 3600. Turn there and at the Y intersection, stay left. You will then see a sign for the office. The RV dump site is a bit difficult to find, but it is located near the bathrooms on the southeast side.
