Rinse water, which is not safe for drinking, is available from April through November. To access the RV dump station, you need to take Exit 28 on I-94 E/W and drive north for 3 miles until you reach Empire Avenue. Then, go through the intersection and enter the driveway of Eden Springs Park, which is located on the east side of M-139 just north of Empire Avenue.
