To access the RV dump station, you need a motor vehicle permit. Water is available at the station. To get there, you should head east on K-268 for 7 miles from the US 75 and K-268 junction. Then, turn north on Pomona Dam Road and drive half a mile until you reach 229th Street, which is just before the dam. Turn east onto 229th Street and continue until you reach the park entrance.
