The RV dump station is located on the north side of the lot. The cashier has the key to access the station. The lot is sloped, so the tanks may not empty fully. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the station is not suitable for big rigs as there is limited turning space. If you are pulling a trailer, it is best to enter off Parker Street. This is reported to be the only dump station in the Vancouver area, except for the expensive RV park. There is rinse water available, but it is non-potable.
