There have been complaints about people leaving trash on the ground. Non-campers are also filling the area with water and dumping sewage. Additionally, there have been incidents of oil being dumped. The problem is worsened by large rigs, like class A's with car and trailer, having trouble turning around and interfering with Public Works vehicles. Staff members have complained about being treated poorly when asking people not to put their garbage in the dumpsters. The Mayor has vetoed City Council's decision to close the RV dump, and a committee will be working on addressing these issues. It is important to always be courteous to avoid the closure of this location. Potable water and non-potable rinse water are available at this RV dump station. To get there, take Highway 182 and head east to Case Avenue.
