There are two lanes available for rinsing water, which is non-potable, at the intersection of White Sands Boulevard and 13th Street. You can access the rinsing water by turning left from the south left turn lane into the Visitor Center parking lot. Additionally, you can also access the rinsing water by turning right from the north right turn lane on South Alameda Park (14th Street on the east side) off White Sands Boulevard. After making the right turn, you can immediately make a left turn down a narrow lane with a white wall on the right side.
