To get to the Charleston Navy Weapons Station RV dump station, take I-95 to Exit 122. Then, head southeast on US 521 for 22 miles until you reach US 52. Turn south onto US 52 and continue for 26 miles. Finally, make a right turn onto Manigult Drive, which will eventually change into Old Black Creek Road.
