There is a closed gate with a call box to open it remotely. There is non-potable rinse water available. To get to the RV dump station, you need to go on Hwy. 9, then go south on North Washington Street, and make a right on East Bond Avenue. The first gate on the left after turning onto Bond Street does not have a street sign, but there is a sign for septic haulers. The staff at the RV dump station are very friendly.
