The area is not easily accessible for larger RVs that are longer than 34 feet. The dump station is located in a spot where you will be facing traffic, which can be inconvenient if your dump valves are on the driver side. This means you will be in opposing lanes. The road leading to the dump station is dirt and not very wide, so you may end up blocking traffic unless you park very close to the edge. However, there is potable water and rinse water (non-potable) available at the dump station.
