You can find a RV dump station at Dam Neck Annex, Oceana NAS. They have potable water and non-potable rinse water available. To get there, take I-64 and then take the I-264 East Exit. After that, go South (Right) on 1st Colonial Road (Oceana NAS) Exit 21A. Finally, turn South (Right) on General Booth Blvd and continue until you reach Dam Neck Road. Turn left onto Dam Neck Road to reach the RV dump station.
