The Port Hueneme Naval Construction Battalion Center has potable water and non-potable rinse water available. To get there, you can take US-101 in El Rio and then take the CA-232 (Vineyard Avenue, Exit 62) Southwest. Continue on CA-1 (Oxnard Blvd.) and turn left (South) onto West Wooley Road. From there, go west on West Wooley Road until you reach South Ventura Road. Finally, head south on South Ventura Road for approximately 1.5 miles.
