There is a RV dump station at Oceana Naval Air Station. They provide potable water and non-potable rinse water. To get there, take I-264 East and exit at 21A. Then, head south on First Colonial, which will turn into Oceana Blvd. Do not follow the sign for the main gate to Oceana NAS. Instead, turn right on Harpers Road.
